SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 business days. The Collector's Edition Full Dossier and the Correspondence Box are prepared by hand and dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase. All other editions are dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

• Australia: 3-7 business days
• New Zealand: 5-14 business days
• USA, Canada, UK & Western Europe: 10 to 25 business days
• Asia Pacific (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea): 10-20 business days
• All other destinations: 15-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates based on Australia Post standard international mail and may vary. We currently ship to 139 destinations worldwide - if your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. 

Shipping Costs Shipping is free for all Australian orders. International shipping rates are listed on each product page. 

Tracking Letter items are sent via standard post and do not include tracking. If you have concerns about delayed delivery, contact us at hello@ascribeagency.com within 30 days of your order date. Parcel items include tracking information which will be sent to your email.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ascribeagency.com within 30 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
